Commercial Assistant (6 months contract)

The Commercial Assistant is responsible for assisting the Commercial Director & the commercial teams, office and boutiques, in their individual and collective endeavors.

This key contributor will provide services and support to enable Executives and Managers of the commercial teams to perform better within their mission.


Personal Assistant Activities

  • Provide personalized support to both UAE Commercial Director and Country Manager India in their day to day activities, such as but not excluding to scheduling, meeting requests, travel & entertainment booking and supervision, expense reports, IT support etc
  • Assist other UAE Commercial Managers (Area Sales Managers, Commercial Operations Managers, High-End Manager, VM Manager, Boutique Managers) with travel & entertainment booking and supervision, as well as expense reports

Office Activities

  • Provide information related to commercial activities, compiling statistics and various reports to Commercial Managers, UAE Commercial Director and India Country Manager
  • Organize documents, communications and important presentations as requested by the Commercial Director
  • In charge of the boutique teams’ uniform orders by managing the budget, all communication with HQ, boutiques and individuals, ensuring such topic is well managed and well followed-up in alignment with the Commercial Director
  • Physically or digitally prepare, record or file all retail invoices & documents for Commercial Directors’ signatures & processing in close partnership with boutiques, office and finance teams
  • Create purchase orders and vendor creations on behalf of the commercial team on finance tools, whilst following such activity from A to Z ensuring tasks completion
  • Organize and maintain commercial database information such as teams’ organization charts, contact lists, boutique leases information and contracted services official documents
  • Order stationery tools for office and boutiques when required, such as business cards for example
  • Organize flowers, gifts and small activities as requested by the Commercial Director

Retail Gathering/Meetings

Such collective gathering could occur within our internal and external commercial networks:

  • Plan, take part, organize and/or lead the organization of recurring or exceptional physical and distant gatherings on behalf of the commercial or greater UAE teams as requested, by taking care of all necessary set-up elements such as but not excluded to, location, set-up, invitations, immediate support during event etc
  • Presence on site might be required
  • Can be asked to support exceptional Regional gatherings


  • Generous, enthusiastic, and well spoken
  • Ability to design clear written communications in word and presentations
  • Ability to organize daily workloads by priorities
  • At ease with numbers and all Office package
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast paced and challenging environment
