Providing vital support to a talented team of marketing pros, you’ll help to make sure our multi-award winning employer branding and recruitment communications business is always set up to attract, engage and delight clients in all kinds of sectors.

The Role

As a Marketing Assistant jobs in London, you’ll help our Marketing & Sales Department achieve ambitious goals. The range of activities you contribute to will give you an exceptional insight into our mould-breaking business. You’ll help us to create and produce brand awareness campaigns, and to administer, book and promote events ranging from breakfasts to conferences. Along the way, you’ll write aspects social media campaigns and promotional emails, and help to produce short campaign films and case studies. As well as writing copy, analysing the results of campaigns will be an integral aspect of your role. Crucially, you’ll also keep things running smoothly around here by supporting ad booking, sourcing supplier quotes, and administering databases.

You bring the right skills and experience to the table, too – from your organisational flair and keen eye for detail, to your enthusiasm for learning and your ability to solve problems creatively.

  • As a minimum, you’ll need:
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing
  • experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • the ability to juggle lots of different ideas and projects
  • up-to-date understanding of the latest developments in marketing
  • Ideally, you’ll also have:
  • a degree and/or professional marketing qualification
  • experience of working in a marketing or HR department, or recruitment company
  • experience of producing short films, gifs and webinars
